The Friends of the Washington County Rural Heritage Museum are more than a group of people who steward artifacts and historic buildings that were moved from Boonsboro, Sharpsburg, Fairview and Huyetts Crossroads to reconstruct a village and farmstead. We are a symbol of the ideas of everyday people who developed innovations upon which Washington County was built. We invite you to support us through volunteerism, advocacy and financial contributions so we can continue to inspire others in their exploration of history.
