We are accepting applications and space reservations.

    Application for August 26 & 27 Craft Show

    Please type the words "I agree" in the box, after reading the following statement. Both The Friends of the Washington County Rural Heritage Museum and The Washington County Commissioners are not responsible for personal property, whether it is left on premises, lost, stolen or damaged. Both The Friends of the Washington County Rural Heritage Museum and The Washington County Commissioners are not responsible for any damage injury, loss of persons or items during the event.

Craft & Antique Show Rules 



Event Description: The Friends of the Washington County Rural Heritage Museum is a 501© 3 non-profit supporting the museum. We are looking for an array of talented vendors who make their own crafts for our first annual craft show to be held during Spud and Heritage Fest.  Proceeds support the museum and its programs.

Dates of Craft Show & Fleatique:
Saturday ( Spud Fest) August 26. 2023 9:00am—4:00pm
Sunday (Heritage Fest) August 27, 2023 9:00am—3:00pm

Vendor Setup Times:
Friday (Day Before) August 25  (Noon-6pm)
Saturday August 26 between 7- 9am
Sunday August 27  between 7-9am

Booth sizes and fees:
Craft Vendors:

10’ x 10’ space (under a pavilion) - $35 (includes both days)
10’ x 10’ space (under a pavilion on wood chipped floor) – $25 (includes both days)
If you require a larger space, please contact us


 Vendor Spaces will be assigned as number.  The Event organizers will email you your space number.
 Each Vendor will receive 2 parking passes the day of the event.
 You are required to bring whatever you need for display (table, chairs, tent etc).
 The event will take place rain or shine.  If the event is cancelled, your fee will be refunded.
 ​
​All vendors Booths must be in operation from 9:00am – 4:00pm on Saturday and 9:00 am-3:00 pm on Sunday.

Canopy tents are highly encouraged for outdoor booths and must be supplied by the vendor. They should be weighed down if on pavement and staked down if on grass.

All vendors are required to provide their own tables, etc. (anything required for their booth/display).
There are electric hook-ups under the pavilions. No water hook-ups.
